Storyteller, chef, adventurer, educater, artist, activist - Christopher Wang wears many hats and all are imbued with a deep reverence for healthy oceans and the communities that rise up to support them.  Born in Central New York, Christopher went to Alaska for the first time when he was nineteen and that first taste of adventure started a journey that has brought him all over the world.  With The Gypsy Fish Company, Christopher handles all areas of production effectively closing the loop and making things truly Sea to Table.  He has cooked and traveled with private clients all over the world and taught cooking and community development to scores of students.
